Yes, an employee lives full time on the property. However, no one lives in the facility but there are motion detecting video and audio surveillance cameras in the building to watch for any emergencies overnight.
Your dog must be up to date on Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper
It is highly recommended that your dog be current on their flea and tick prevention. The dogs play in large play yards with grass and trees. If fleas are found on your pet they will be quarantined and required to leave immediately.
Yes, medications must be sent in the original prescription bottle indicating the dogs name and administration directions. An added charge will be added and our staff will ensure that your pet has taken their required medications.
Food with your food scoop from home or individual portions of meals pre-bagged. Also please bring bed or blanket from home for your pets comfort, any toys or bones they would like. Please do not change your dogs diet before or during their stay, extra cookies make for a tummy ache. Please do not bring bowls we have metal, plastic and slow bowls for dogs of all sizes.

Your dog will enjoy playing with 2-10 dogs at a time in our large indoor or outdoor spaces
Yes, there is an additional fee to schedule a time to drop-off or pick-up your pet outside our standard drop-off and pick-up times of Monday through Friday 7-9 am and 4-6 pm and on Sundays from 9-10 am.
